Processing Information for Halves and Wholes


Aside from individual cuts, Pearcy Angus Beef offers custom cut beef by the 1/4, 1/2, and whole. Custom beef is $5/lbs of hanging weight. Customer is responsible for the cost of beef, processing fees and filling out the cut sheet for processing. We will need the cut sheet emailed back to us so we can take it to the processors when we drop the steers off. We also need to know customers’ pick up preference. 

A $350.00 deposit is required to hold your beef spot until the scheduled processing date at IO Ranch Processing. Once carcass hang weight is received the deposit will be deducted from the billing total and an invoice will be sent for the remaining beef amount. 

IO Ranch Processing has a minimum processing fee for beef $650 for a whole, $350 for a half (basic butchering only, extras will be additional).

We accept cash, check, debit and credit cards for deposits and payments.

Customers have the option to pick up their custom beef from IO Ranch Processing in Evant, Texas or Pearcy Angus Ranch headquarters in Fairy, Texas. As stated previously - we will need to know your pickup decision when the deposit is sent.  

If you are picking up from IO Processing, they will charge you for processing fees upon pick up at their facility. IO accepts cash, check, debit and credit cards as forms of payment. Pick up times are Monday - Friday 7:30 a.m.-12 p.m. and 1-5 p.m. Saturday by Appointment Only. All meat not picked up within 7 days of notification, will be charged $5 per box per day freezer fee. Meat not picked up within 30 days will be sold for processing fees.

If you would like to pick up your beef from Pearcy Angus Ranch, we will charge you for processing fees upon pickup from the ranch. Pick up times are available by appointment and we can accommodate most schedules. Please let Haley know what date and time works best for pick up and we can schedule your preferred time.
