Approximately 235-250 lbs of premium grass-fed, grain-finished, ranch-raised beef. Pricing depends on weight of animal.
Our beef is vacuum packaged and frozen. Steaks are cut between 1-1/2" and 2" (depending on cut) and all roasts weigh between 2.5 lbs and 3.0 lbs.
